Terms of Service

ApplyPilot automates job applications on third-party job sites (such as LinkedIn, Dice, and Indeed) on your behalf, using the resume, preferences, schedule, and credentials you provide, and keeps a log of what was submitted.

We depend on those job sites. They may change their pages, limit automated activity, or restrict accounts at any time. We work to keep submissions working, but we cannot guarantee that any particular job site will accept applications, or that any application will result in an interview or an offer.

You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and be allowed to use the job-site accounts you connect. You are responsible for the activity that happens through your account.

Job sites have their own terms of service, and automated activity may be restricted by them. You decide whether to connect a site and how often applications go out — the schedule, days, and limits are always under your control.

Each plan includes a monthly application allowance and a per-run limit, shown before a run starts. Unused allowance does not carry over unless an extra-application pack was purchased; packs remain available when you switch plans.

Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with advance notice. You can stop using the service at any time.

Do not use ApplyPilot to misrepresent your identity or qualifications, to apply to roles you are not eligible for, or to abuse job sites. Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.

We aim for the service to run on schedule, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApplyPilot is not liable for missed application windows, job-site account actions, or outcomes of applications submitted on your behalf.
